Warranty and Return Policy
PEEGEE Products
warrants its hosereels to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase.
Please read the exclusions set out below as they may affect this warranty: 1) Normal wear and tear 2) Unauthorized service 3) Damage resulting from fire, accident, theft, vandalism or any act of God 4) Damage resulting from misuse or neglect 5) Incidental or consequential damages of any kind 6) Damage resulting from inappropriate use
The product must be installed as per the installation instructions set out in the Owners Instruction Manual or the warranty is void.
Repair Policy Within Warranty

Please include a statement indicating the source of the problem, your name, date of purchase (proof of purchase if available), return address, e-mail address and your daytime phone number in case we need to contact you. We will address your returned unit immediately upon receipt of this information together with the product. Please note that PEEGEE Products is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the unit during shipment. For your own protection, you may wish to send your returned unit by insured parcel post or courier.

will, at is sole discretion, repair the unit or ship you a replacement free of charge.
We will require your name, shipping address, and original purchase receipt.
