Description:
Our goals are to breed quality Alpaca's with exceptional
conformation, superior fleece, and a tender temperament.
Our farm is located between Richmond and Fredericksburg,
Virginia in Western Hanover County. We are 20 miles
North West of Richmond conveniently located between I-95
and I-64.
In April 2002 we decided to move to the country. We
found the home of our dreams which sits on 17 acres of
land. We quickly embraced our rural lifestyle and began
researching investment opportunities that would allow us
to earn a living and retire comfortably in our country
home.
In September of 2005 we met our first Alpaca at the
Virginia State Fair. This chance meeting sparked an
interest that led us to visit several Alpaca farms,
participate in an Alpaca's A to Z seminar, open our own
business, and purchase three pregnant females. In
December of 2006 our new pasture, barn, fences, and four
paddocks, were ready for the arrival of our starter herd
of three pregnant females, their three 2006 fall crias,
an award-winning herdsire, and one teaser male.
We are Baby Boomer's that have found an investment we
can embrace.
Please contact us to schedule a farm visit and learn how
you can "Embrace Your Investment".
