It is really very simple. Open IncrediMail, Right click on the folder you are concerned with.
Click on Properties..... there you can see how many letters are in the folder, how many are unread and where they is stored on your computer.
Of course it is not but for some reason there are people who like to spread this rumor however, there is no basis for it.
IncrediMail collects harmless information on letter styles, animations, Notifiers and the like and how much they are used. This then helps IncrediMail produce the Gallery of 'Most Popular IncrediMail content.I have my computer scanned daily for spyware and have never had any trouble attriputable to IncrediMail.
This is another of IncrediMail's great little tools. I use it a lot for emails especially at Christmas time and for Birthdays.
All you have to do is open 'New Message' , Prepare a little written script so you know what you are going to say and you don't have any 'Pregnant Pauses' while trying to get the words out. Click on the Recorder button at the top. Click the Record button and start talking.When you have finished click on stop. Now you can listen to the recording by clicking on 'Play'. If you don't like it record again and when it is right just click attach and it will be attached to your letter.
It is advisable to back up your IncrediMail address book just in case you have trouble with Im or in case you need to move it to another mail client.To back up or copy your IncrediMail address book: Select Tools, Address Book from the menu. Then select 'File', export from the address book menu. Go to the folder where you want to keep the backup copy of your address book and save it as .csv
If at anytime you want to bring the Notifier onto your desktop to perform for you, even when you do not have any new mail, just click the control Key and F11 at the same time and your notifier will activate and leave again.
Open "New Mail". Click on the arrow next to the "Signature" icon on the toolbar at the top of your email and click on "New Signature". The "Edit Signature"Box will open. Now use the Pencil icon to draw in your handwritten signature by dragging your mouse in the grid square. Click on the eraser icon to delete any mistakes you might make.In the blank text box below , add any text you would like to include after your hand written signature. Select the little icon above the text box if you want to add an image to the sig. Now make sure you are happy with the text you have used and its position and make it a clickable link using the little ball and chain link logo. Click 'Save and the sig will be available in your "New Mail".
